1. This Privacy Policy states how Provider will respect the privacy of Users. It says what information Provider will gather, how Provider will use it and how Provider will keep it secure.
   
1.1. This Privacy Policy sets out how Provider uses and protects any information that you give to Provider when you are a User. Provider recognizes the User’s right to confidentiality and privacy. Should Provider ask you to provide certain information by which You can be identified whilst being a User, then You can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.
   
1.2. Provider may change from time to time this Privacy Policy by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from 01-10-2009.
   
1.3. Unless ordered by a ruling body of Acceptable Jurisdiction or competent jurisdiction, Provider shall not reveal Personal Data or Operations history to any third party with exception of Paragraph 14.3 of Users Agreement.
   
1.4. You agree, that Provider will store and process Your Personal Data and record Operations. Your IP address will be recorded and stored regarding to performed Operations.
   
1.5. Provider will ensure that User has the ability to update Personal Data when necessary.
   
1.6. Provider will not store any Personal Data or data related to Operations history in unencrypted plain text under any circumstances.
   
1.7. User agrees that Provider has the right to monitor the System electronically from time to time in order to operate the System properly.
   
1.8. From time to time, Provider may also use Your Personal Data to contact you for marketing purposes.
   
1.9. You may request details of personal information which we hold about You under the U.S. Data Protection Act 1998. If you would like an overview of the information held on You please contact Procurrex Support.
 
1.10. Provider is not responsible for losses incurred by User as the result of User’s misuse of the Password.
   
1.11. In the event that the User losses or forgets his Password, a new Password may be requested.
   
1.12. User agrees that the only way to recover access to an Account where the Password has been lost (and all usual ways to Password automated recovery like “security question” failed) is by following extraordinary Password recovery procedure established by Provider where Provider may request among other things authenticated Personal Data not older than 1 calendar month. User is responsible for being able to meet the requirements and eventual costs for the extraordinary Password recovery. Provider will not be responsible in any way for any of User’s losses due to failing to meet the requirements for Password recovery.
