So you should look into your spam e-mail folder or JUNK e-mail folder. You should also check your e-mail client settings, sometimes messages considered to be spam are immediately deleted. If you will not find expected e-mail there, wait a while. If you do not receive activation link, contact us.

HOW DO I CLOSE AN ACCOUNT?

| Before you close your account, please acknowledge, that we charge no monthly fees for holding your account. Should you consider leave us due to, in your opinion, inadequate fees and you are reputable user with extensive transactions history and transactions volume, don’t hesitate to contact us. If you decide to close your account, access to your account details and transactions history will be lost. Your account can’t be reopened. If you decide to close your account, available balance must be zero. All incomplete transactions will be cancelled at the moment of closing the account. If we have sent you verification request, your account can’t be closed until verification is completed. If you want close your account, go to CLIENT ACCESS, login to your account, go to MY ACCOUNT tab in side bar menu, and choose CLOSE ACCOUNT. On next page insert your 4-Digits Pin Code and click bellow on CLOSE MY ACCOUNT button. |

Instead of account number you can also use recipients e-mail address. Instead of account number for certain operations you can also use your e-mail address. |

| It is a situation, when any user disagrees with already sent payment and wants his funds to be charged back. We don’t allow chargebacks, with exception of fraudulent behaviour of any exchanger from Exchange Providers List, where we may refund stolen funds, whilst those funds still remain in our e-payment system. Refunds for situations originating outside of our system can’t be performed, but we may take all reasonable steps against such exchanger. |
